Hello everybody,
while it everything has grown somewhat silent around Isolation lately and we had to face some setbacks, we have been quite productive nonethless. Our search for new members ended up with the result that there are none. So as there doesn't seem anyone in our area fitting into the band, we don't wanna wait for this any longer. Instead we have decided to work with the possibilities we have and get things moving again! At this point we have compiled song material of around 50 minutes, but we still need to do some fine tuning plus we have to sort out the vocals (which I will be doing again). As for the music itself, you can expect some progession in our style, which will definetly set itself apart from our demos. These days everybody wants to be less and less black metal and oh so experimental, it seems, so I don't wanna bore anyone with stupid phrases. In our own view we have made another important step in getting where we want with Isolation. But judge for yourselves in due time! We plan to record as soon as possible! What does this mean? Noone knows! Early next year could work out. We will be recording ourselves this time and have it mixed and mastered at a pro studio. Eisenwald will once again take care of the release! These are the details we can give for now, everything else is yet to be seen!
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Sänger und einem zweiten Gitarristen!
Wichtig sind uns vor allem eine ernsthafte Arbeitseinstellung, sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Motivation.
Der gewünschte Gesangsstil ist klarer Gesang, grob eingegrenzt in Richtung Katatonia, Opeth etc.. Wir sind allerdings nicht zwangsläufig auf diesen bestimmeten Stil festgelegt. Der Gesang sollte Charakter besitzen, authentisch sein und sich selbstverständlich in unseren Gesamtsound einfügen.
Des Weiteren suchen wir einen zweiten Gitarristen, um verstärkt zweistimmig arbeiten zu können. Proben finden jeden Samstag in Lübeck, Dänischburg statt. Wir sind alle Anfang 20.

Next month, same day - here are a few news:
The "Bleak" tape has been released by Folterkammer Records finally and is available for trade and retail through Choirs of Delusion! A review by Taakefrost.de concerning the split has been linked in the Releases-section.
In addition the biography in the Band-section has been expanded a bit and the Releases-section now contains the correct line up for each record.
For everyone, who did not notice so far: It is not possible for us to play concerts at the moment, so please don't try to book us anyway. It's not that we don't want, but we can't and that's it. When we feel ready again, we will try to do live shows again.
We are looking for a second guitarist! More information on this point will be added in the next weeks probably! But if someone would like to apply for this already, please feel free to drop us an e-mail!
Again there are quite a few news from our side:
First of all we are happy to announce that after a long period of waiting the new Isolation T-Shirt is finally out now on Eisenwald! See the Releases section for further information.
Next point is we have a new member: Andre joined us as new bass player. We already started to write new material together, which in our eyes will be again one step ahead to our previous releases. Only time will tell how long it will take us to release it, but we are working on our debut album now!
Also I took the chance and reworked the website a bit, as you might have realized already. Especially the Releases section should be more clearly arranged now.
We have received a pretty strong review for "Isolation" in the Ancient Ceremonies Zine from Portugal. You can download their issue #15 here:
